So sorry to hear of Charlie’s passing. He was a great cousin and a kind and friendly man. He will be missed by many. ❤️ Ellie Where do they go to? Where do they go to, the people who leave?
Are they around us, in the cool evening breeze?
Do they still hear us, and watch us each day?
I'd like you to think of them with us that way. Where do they go to, when no longer here?
I think that they stay with us, calming our fear
Loving us always, holding our hands
Walking beside us, on grass or on sand. Where do they go to, well it's my belief
They watch us and help us to cope with our grief
They comfort and stay with us, through each of our days
Guiding us always through life's mortal maze. KevF - 21st August 2007

Charlie my friend, I have nothing but happy memories of you. Playing horseshoes in the summer and ping pong in the winter. Listening to tell me to get rid of the Ford and buy a dodge. Well my friend I did buy a dodge lol. Rest easy my friend and Godspeed. I’ll see you when I see you Charlie

Thanks for the memories, Harry. I remember one backyard party at my parents' house sitting in the rain under an umbrella watching you guys play horseshoes. Anything for the game (and a beer LOL). I'm sure the Johnson boys are raising a ruckus in heaven. Thanks to you and Marcia for coming out to the wake. Means a lot to me and the family. xoxo

Carolyn, Pete, Liz & Petey - thank you for your kind words and for coming to my dad's wake. We were happily surprised at how many people donned their masks and came out in a COVID world to pay their respects. It meant a lot to me and my family, especially my mom. Somewhere in heaven there is a soccer or lacrosse game happening and my dad is on the sideline yelling "go green." xoxo
