My condolences to Phil's family during this difficult time. I just found out about his passing.
Phil was a co-worker of mine for several years at Dell. He had a great sense of humor and was a pleasure to have known.

Heartfelt Condolences to the LaRosa families. Prayers, Love and Hugs. Phil was a neighbor of ours and became Neighbor friends when we met Maureen and the kids on a Halloween night. As we got to know Phil we could quickly see his passion for what he believed in. He was strong in his thinking and strong in his opinions. We could clearly see his love for his family. May Phil rest in our Lord's amazing Love and Peace.

Deepest condolences to the LaRosa family on the passing of Phil. I am sad to hear this news. I have many good memories of Phil. I worked with Phil at Sun and at Dell and he taught me things here and there when he could. We also took many rides around New England and used to do an annual ride to Lake George. He made me laugh quite a bit. Gone too soon. Rest in peace Phil..
Here is a pic of Phil on Old Silver (as he called it) on Route 9 Wilmington Vt circa 2015

I am so very sorry to hear of Phil's passing. I met Phil thru Moe riding our Harleys one day and that led to shooting with him at his friend's range in Mason.NH and then an event at the Horseshoe Fish&Game that he invited Moe & I to. He helped me pick out my Mossberg rifle too. Such a great genuine guy. Very very sorry to the family I know he adored his sons and always talked about them. Rest Easy Phil. I'll take a ride for.you this summer buddy.

So much to say... Met Phil in 1980 or so, I was 16 and just started at Computervision. We had the same last name and some sort of natural connection, kinda like family.. Some years later turned out our joke of calling each other Cuz was true, somewhere way back in Sicily :) I enjoyed sparring together, riding bikes together, Laconia was always a blast. Over the years he never stopped looking out for his younger cousin :) Was glad to see him whenever he would visit us in Florida, Love You and miss you Cuz...

I'm so bummed about Phil's passing far too soon. While I hadn't known Phil all that long, besides his story-telling and great sense of humor, he was an inspiration. He never let his physical challenges stand in the way of doing what he loved. I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling like, if Phil can push through it to be here and compete, who am I to complain about anything. He will definitely be missed by many. Condolences to the family, and I hope Vince continues to carry the torch for his dad at Horseshoe Fish & Game.

I am so saddened to learn that Phil has passed. He was the Cubmaster when my boys joined Scouting and started them both on the trail to Eagle. One of my favorite pictures from Cubs is of my older son Corban with Phil after Corban had “saved” Phil during a first aid emergency re-enactment.
