We were so sadden to hear about Kevin's passing. Kevin was truly an amazing neighbor and human being for over 30 years that we have known him. He was always ready for interaction and boy could he talk! He especially took great interest in sports and our son Ryan is truly grateful that Kevin was able to attend many of his sporting events to cheer him on.
He was an incredible husband standing by his wife Patty's side throughout the years and Kevin Jr. and Chris were so fortunate to have such a loving father.
Kevin' spirit will surely live on in Hattie Lane for many years to come.
Blessings

Kevin Clark was the embodiment of an all round Cantabrigian. and for that matter a human.
Kevin not only established himself as a tremendous player and one of the greatest to wear a Cambridge uniform, long after his career was over, he established himself as a person of integrity in the real world. Keven provided leadership and a nurturing adult presence to thousands of kids over the years in the Recreation Department. He was beloved throughout and endeared by our city’s multiple races, ethnicities, and athletic rivals. One characteristic of Kevin that was remarkable was not the adulation directed toward him, rather it was the level of importance he gave to others. Kevin did not see pecking orders, he saw people who were to be valued and respected. Kevin was always willing to help you whoever you were or where you were from. He had an earned reputation and he knew it and he conducted his life in a responsible and professional manner as a husband, a father, a community member and a friend to all. Kevin you are a legend and a true Hall of Famer for "the human race". To his sons and sister Joan and extended family I am so sorry. He was far too young to leave us, but the cockroaches can live forever?

My sincere condolences to Kevin's family. I knew Kevin as an athlete at Cambridge Latin and how he would ruin many Rindge Tech basketball games by his incredible play and leadership. He was a really good man and we swapped many Cambridge stories sitting in the Courtside Lounge in East Cambridge. RIP Kevin.

My "almost" lifetime friend....May you rest in eternal peace. It bothers me that it says in your obituary "you can't do anything". You were such a sweet and kind guy, you did anything for anyone, especially your wife.. Who cares if you couldn't build a house. You did something much more important...you built a family! I will miss you. Love you, Melon (DeGuglielmo) Milner.

Kevin was a fond memory. I grew up with him and his brother Ray. The entire Clark family were wonderful people. We grew up in NTC and although he was younger then lots of us he embarrassed us all on the basketball court and playground with his outstanding athletic ability and his gifted talent of trash talking us to no end. RIP Kevin…you were a good guy.

“KEVIN FROM HEAVEN” That was the name that his teammates at Suffolk University crowned him with once that they had the good fortune to be rewarded with a magical pass from his hand that no opponent thought was possible. Kevin led his Suffolk team in to the very first NCAA Division III National Championship in the 1974-175 season. Before that he would fill the Cambridge War Memorial gymnasium to overflow capacity with Cambridge Latin High School classmates and fans of all ages to witness this slender ballhandling wizard with his magic and showmanship.
Working for the City of Cambridge Recreation Department was a natural for him as he was as creative and dedicated in strengthening existing programs while developing new initiatives to the benefit of all age groups as he had on the basketball court and later as an accomplished racquetball player and instructor
His dedication to his beloved wife Patty and their mutual enjoyment in raising two sons further made him so well respected and admired by the many who called him good friend.
Kevin’s ability to tell a good and often times elongated story was legendary and no mater how many times he repeated that story his animation made for it to be always entertaining and interesting.
Kevin From Heaven may you rest in Peace knowing the enjoyment that your life brought to so many…mine most personally. Peace, Good and Faithful Friend. Jim Nelson (Emeritus Suffolk University Director of Athletics and Head Basketball Coach
