Obituary of Robert F. Jeffrey

Robert Jeffrey, a beloved resident of Sutton MA, passed away peacefully, at home on February 27, 2025, at the age of 82.

A devoted husband, father, and friend, Robert’s warmth, humor, and relentless spirit left an memorable mark on all who knew him.

Born in Wakefield, MA on June 23, 1942,

Robert was a proud veteran who bravely served his country in the Vietnam War. His courage and dedication during those years earned him the respect and admiration of his comrades and community alike. After his military service, Robert returned home to build a life defined by hard work, integrity, and love for those closest to him.

Robert was the loving husband of Andira Vaccaro, he also lived with his step son, Andre Silva, his wife Juliana Silva and grandson Thomas Silva.

He will also be deeply missed by his daughter, Sherry Frechette, her husband Ken Frechette, step son Louis Trebotich, his wife Elaine Trebotich as well as grandchildren, great grandchildren. He was also the husband of the late Anita N. Jeffrey, who died in 2015,Robert had a wide circle of friends and neighbors who were touched by his generosity and sincerity. 

Robert’s legacy will live on through the lives he impacted and the stories shared by those who loved him.

A service to honor Robert’s life will be held at the Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Rd., (Rt. 3A), Billerica, on March 5, 2025, between the hours of 9:00 -11:00 am, with military honors to commemorate his service at Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and celebrate the life of a remarkable man.

Robert Jeffrey’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in peace.
