William E. Marston, Jr. passed away on January 2, 2026, after enduring many years of poor health. He was preceded in death by his parents, Virginia and William Marston. William graduated from Thornton Academy in Saco, Maine, and then enlisted in the United States Navy, serving for four years. The family often joked that, during his time in the Navy, “he was never on a ship.” Instead, he worked on planes and helicopters, an experience that paved the way for his future in the electronic world.

William is survived by his beloved wife, Rosemary; his sister, Sandra Reed of Alfred, Maine; his four children—twins Scott and Keith, William, and Heather and her partner, partner Andy Jensen ; and three grandchildren: Tyler, Kayla Eno, and Zachary. He also leaves behind two great-grandchildren. All services will be private.

In remembrance of William, the family kindly requests that, instead of flowers, donations be made to Cops for Kids with Cancer.
