My condolences to all of you, I met Sean in October when starting at the auction. He was very dedicated and we both came from the Law Enforcement background. He will truly be missed by many...Godspeed

I never knew Sean’s name. He was just my family’s favorite umpire. He was tough and no nonsense. But he always had a way with dry humor and love behind the mound. And from the bleachers, you could hear him giving our boys advice. Something I enjoyed and respected so much. One year we a had a “problem child,” on our team. This kid wasn’t a bad kid. He had a rough upbringing and you could tell he just needed some love. Again from the bleachers you could hear Sean warning him. But in a stern yet loving way that only a father would know he needed. He made Billerica Little League better. I’m so sad for our community. And my heart goes out to the Glynn family. Sending love from one Billerica family to another.

A few years back, Sean was calling the playoff game for the eight-year-old Merrimack Valley league summer game. It was a tight game and Sean halted the entire game to have both teams tie their shoes, which could possibly be one of my favorite Little League baseball memories of all time.

To Sean’s family, Sean was my favorite umpire and made the game fun. He always took the time to help me. It got to the point i didn’t want to play if Sean wasn’t the umpire. He will be missed. Mom and I are so very sorry for your loss ❤️. Angelo

I had the privilege to work with Sean at Byam School. He was always ready to laugh off any of the crazy things we called him to do. My favorite memory was when I trapped a mouse in my classroom. Sean came to the rescue (although admitted he was Squeamish about rodents) and brought the mouse outside. That little critter returned three times that afternoon! Sean showed up every time with a joke and a laugh. We truly loved having him in our building! He will be remembered with smiles and happiness.
