Such a sweet man and always had a smile and a laugh for everyone! When he and Uncle Joe came to the cape to help build a room for Joe, Kitch and I had a lot of laughs ! Fond memories and he loved his family most of all. His family and extended family will miss him! God speed and rest well. You deserve it! Love from Marylee, Kitch and Susan

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Joe. Lindsay Road certainly won't be the same without him. He was a wonderful neighbor, and a wonderful person to talk to. He always reminded me to never say "Goodbye". My family and I will miss seeing him on the street.

Our neighborhood will not be the same without the Mayor, as we called him. He always took his daily strolls and stopped to chat with whoever was outside. He will be dearly missed. May he rest in peace. Jean & Duane King

Our entire family will miss Joe, especially our youngest daughter who had a special connection with him. We were so glad to celebrate Joe's birthday in December and to see him one more time before he died. We will continue to pray for Joe and for his family. The Gulia family
