Mom and her lifelong friend Shirley shared a rare and joyful friendship—decades of laughter, loyalty, and memories that shaped all who loved them. I was blessed to grow up with Shirley by my side too: she took care of me backstage at dance recitals while Mom ran the show, taught me how to drive at fourteen, joined us on family vacations, and sat at our holiday table year after year. Knowing they are together again brings comfort to my heart. Two best friends, reunited in heaven, dancing with the angels. Love you Shirley.
