Obituary of Carol Ann Tripoli

Carol Ann Tripoli, of Billerica passed away peacefully on April 15, 2026 leaving behind a legacy of love, dedication, and quiet strength.

Born and raised in Charlestown, Carol was the daughter of the late Eugene and Mary Dacey. She was the beloved wife of Robert Tripoli, with whom she shared 52 devoted years of marriage. Together, they built a family rooted in love, resilience, and unwavering support. 

Carol is survived by her brother Robert Dacey of Arlington, her brother Stephen Dacey of El Paso, TX and her sister Kathleen Manganelli of Woburn. Carol was predeceased by her loving siblings Gene Dacey, Maureen Appleyard, John Dacey, Paul Dacey, Peter Dacey and Joseph Dacey. 

Carol was a proud and loving mother to Robert Tripoli and his wife Deirdre of Chelmsford, Christopher Tripoli of Billerica and Laura Loguidice and her husband Chris of Billerica. She was a cherished grandmother to Kendall, Cameron, Braeden, and Matthew. Her family was the center of her world, and she took immense joy in watching her children and grandchildren grow. 

She dedicated many years of her life working at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she was known for her strong work ethic and caring nature. After retiring, Carol continued to serve her community as a cafeteria worker in the Somerville Public Schools, where she enjoyed staying active and connecting with students and staff alike.

Carol will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the steady presence she brought to those around her. She found happiness in life’s simple moments, especially those spent with her family.

Visiting hours will be held in the Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Rd., (Rt. 3A), Billerica, Monday, April 20, from 4:00 - 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass in St. Matthew The Evangelist Parish in St. Theresa's Church, Tuesday, April 21, at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment, Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica. 

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
