Obituary of Henry G. Albrecht, Jr.

Henry George Albrecht, Jr. of Tewksbury (formerly of Billerica) passed away peacefully on June 21st. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Virginia (Poste) Albrecht, his daughters Kristine and Ray Billings of Pelham, Susan Albrecht Kopko and Jay Kopko of Derry and Kathleen and Vic Topia (Gainsville, FL), his brothers Ralph and Deb Albrecht (Billerica) and James Albrecht (Barnstable). He also loved spending time with his grandchildren and his great grand children, along with his nieces and nephews. He is preceded by his parents Beatrice Albrecht and Henry Albrecht Sr.

Henry “Rusty” worked as a mechanic for the MBTA for 24 years. After retiring he enjoyed going to the casinos and doing the flea markets on the weekend. He loved camping at White Lake State Park and cookouts with family and friends. One of his favorite past times was watching sports, especially Patriots and Red Sox.

Henry was a member of the Air force for 4 years, serving in the Vietnam war. He is also a proud member of the Billerica Elks. Visiting hours will be held in the Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Rd., (Rt. 3A), Billerica, Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM. Prayer service will be held Thursday, June 25, in Burns Funeral Home at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment, Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
