Obituary of Dolores F. DiBiase

Dolores “Duckie” Frances (Cioffi) DiBiase of Cambridge, July 8, 2023, at age 91. 

Devoted wife of the late Rocco DiBiase.

Loving mother of William DiBiase and his wife, Arlene, Cheryl Whelan and her husband, Vincent, Lynne Sorey and her husband, Edward.

Cherished grandmother of Sarah Johnson and her husband, Michael, Krysten Tripp and her husband, Luke, Katie Alexander and her husband, Christopher, Kayla Davis and her husband, Devon, and Brielle Sorey.

Adored great-grandmother of Riley Johnson, Luke Tripp Jr., Ava Tripp, Lincoln Tripp, Max Alexander, Jackson Alexander, Sawyer Davis and Beckett Davis. 

Beloved daughter of the predeceased Mary Kelleher Cioffi, and sister to Mary Cioffi Shain.

Dolores was born on October 29th 1931, was a lifelong East Cambridge resident, went to Sacred Heart School, and was a proud member of the first graduating class of Matignon High School. She met her husband Rocco and raised their three children. She worked at Polaroid Corporation for 27 years, as an administrative assistant, a job she loved.

She had a passion for cooking, entertaining, and loved being around her family, including her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed shopping, doing her word puzzles and Sudoko.

Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church, 47 Sixth St., East Cambridge on Tuesday, July 11, at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited, followed by a private burial at Cambridge Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Duckie’s favorite charity are welcome.
