Obituary of Patricia S. Dupree

Patricia “Patsy” Sheila Dupree was born on June 3, 1948 and
departed this earth, September 8, 2019.

Patricia was an only child born to Harold Dupree and Anita Ivy Graham.
Born and raised in Cambridge MA, Patricia was a lifelong Cantabrigian.
She attended and graduated from Cambridge High and Latin. She also
worked in Cambridge throughout her adult life. Working many years at
Cambridge courthouse for the probate court and later as a court
stenographer. Her most memorable job to many was working for TERC.
There she worked as a receptionist for 25 years, retiring in 2017.

Patricia loved life and when in her presence you could not help but feel
loved by her. Known as “Big Mama”, not only to her grandchildren, but
also to many Cambridge natives. She was kind and caring and warmed
you with her bellowing laugh. Her family and friends were her world and
she would make sure she spent time with her loved ones on a regular
basis.

The next best thing to spending time with family and friends, was her
passion for cruising. She has made dozens of voyages over the years,
traveling throughout the Caribbean, North and South America, the
Continental United States, and Alaska.

Patricia leaves to celebrate her life, her two sons: Daryn and Eshane.
Her Daughter-in-law: Danielle. Her Grandchildren, Daryn , Corey,
Jonathon, Tayla and Taryn. Her great grandchildren: Paris, Mariah,
Corey II and Amari. Her loving Aunt Marguerite Wiggins, her Cousins
Kenneth Dupee, Kimberly Dupee-Eboreime, Cheryl Dupee-Alexander,
Renee Dupee, Harold Dupee Jr.. She also leaves her lifelong God Sister
Laraine Fitchett, and God daughter, Cynthia Bates, as well as a host of
family and friends.
