Oh Georgie, I wish I could have visited you. I’m gonna miss you so much. I loved you being my brother starting when I was a teen and you were 20 something. I’m so glad Bonnie got us together again after a few years apart. I thank God for them and you. They will be fine now Georgie. You rest, and keep watch over them.

To the Wilson family
During a stay in 2019 George and my Dad shared a room in a Nursing home in Winchester. Despite a number of times when he was beset by health issues, George always maintained his great sense of humor and loved to talk with me about his time serving our country in the Navy. During the time that George and my Dad shared space in their room, my family members and I came to think the world of George’s wife Bonnie, his daughter Kristin, and all his sons. The kindness and caring that Bonnie bestowed upon my father Joe, who was simply a stranger in a room with George when she first met him, was greatly appreciated by all of my family. I am so pleased that all our paths crossed. May God bless this very nice family during this time and in the future.
With love and respect from Joe Jr. and the Sciascia family

Thank you Joe. Means so much. So glad we got to know you. You were always so easy to talk to. My Dad could talk about the Navy all day and you were such a great listener. Miss seeing you and talking with you. Glad our paths crossed too. Hope to see you again soon.

I worked with George for many years at Harvard in Burlington. Such a sweet man. Every Easter he would hide the eggs for my staff to find in the morning. May he RIP. GOD BLESS his family.

I remember meeting George a couple times when I was a young boy. George was my brother and we had the same father. After reading memories posted by others on this post and listening to stories about George and what a wonderful husband and father he was. It truly makes me feel so good. I wish I knew him better. God Bless George and his family. Hopefully one day my sister Shelly and I will meet his family.

Hi Brad. This is George’s daughter, Krissy. Thank you so much for the kind words. My Dad was truly a wonderful man. I’m sorry that we never connected until now. I always asked about you and your sister. No one ever had any answers. After this awful pandemic, we would very much like to meet you and Shelly. Nothing would make us happier. I truly can’t wait to meet my Aunt and Uncle!!

To Bonnie and children: my sincere condolences and prayers to you as you go through this difficult time. I hadn't seen my cousin in many years but always thought about him, wondering if he ever finished his grandfather clock. My heart is broken, just as yours. Much love to you all. Carol
