Most people called him Frank, I called him Jerry, His father, my mother's older brother, was called Frank. Jerry was my older cousin and I modeled my life by his example. When Jerry was 3 his father died. Exercising responsibility began at an early age for Jerry. Beginning in youth and continuing as a family man he was confronted with challenges which he bore with patience and love. He loved his family, his church, and his God. He loved his wide circle of friends and was much appreciated by them, and he loved sports, especially when the Boston College Eagles were on the field. It could be said of Jerry that he kept the trains running on time. He was faithful and loyal.
