Obituary of Marion K. Smith

 Marion K. Smith passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 25th surrounded by her family and pastor at her home in Billerica.

Marion was born in Cambridge on September 22, 1946 to Christine and John McGarry.  She graduated from Cambridge High and Latin and was a 46-year resident of Billerica where she and her late husband Patrick, who passed away in 2005, built their life together, raised a family, attended their churches, and made life-long friends. In addition to Billerica, she called Prince Edward Island, Canada home as well. 

She was the very proud grandmother of and will be missed by Danielle Smith, Nicole Smith, Jody Repucci, and Jack Repucci. 

Marion is survived by her children Patrick Smith and his wife Alison of Glen Head, NY, Greg Smith of Boston, Wendy Repucci and her husband John, of Billerica, and Rhonda Smith and her wife Bea Anderson of Billerica. 

Marion is also survived by her brother Jack McGarry and his wife Elinor, her sister Mary Jean Kelly, her brother James “Bud” McGarry and his wife Debbie, her sister Connie Brown and her husband Larry, as well as her sisters-in-law Mary Reilly, Emma Dalton, Marion Gilbert, Sister Bernice Smith,  Phyllis McQuaid, and Lori Birt and her brothers-in-law Ed McQuaid, Neil MacDonald, and Gerry Smith.

She was predeceased by her sister June Lord, sisters-in-law Lucy Doyle, Anne Latimer, Edna MacDonald, Kay McKinnon, and Eileen Smith, as well as her brothers-in-law Bert Smith, Reggie Smith, Bud McKinnon, Bernie Doyle, Jack Gilbert, Mel Dalton, and Terry Reilly.

Funeral service will be available by live-stream on Friday, July 31 at 10:00am. Live-stream will be available at https://cccbillerica.org/live/
