Obituary of Julia E. Trickett

Julia E. (Cersosimo) Trickett, age 85, died Sunday, November 1, 2020 at the Palm Center in Chelmsford. She was the beloved wife of the late John E. Trickett. She was born in Malden, February 28, 1935, daughter of the late Vincent and Mary Cersosimo. Prior to her retirement, Julia worked for 20 years as a data entry supervisor at ITek Corporation in Lexington. She enjoyed many vacations and winters in Florida with her beloved John. Julia will always be remembered by her children as the most wonderful mother and dedicated loving wife a person could be. After the passing of her beloved husband John in January, her health steadily declined; she had a broken heart.  Her children and grandchildren were there to comfort her in her final days.   She has now rejoined her husband John in everlasting love and life.  She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.  She was a remarkable, hard working and loving mother who was both beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. She is survived by her two loving sons, Ken Trickett of Newburyport and John Trickett and his wife, Mary of Groton, and her two loving daughters, Kathy Strazzere and her husband, Sal of Billerica and Juliann McCaffrey of Nashua, NH. She also leaves her 9 adoring grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A private service will be held in the Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Rd., (Rt. 3A), Billerica on Friday, November 6, followed by a graveside service in Fox Hill Cemetery, 130 Andover Rd., Billerica for relatives and friends at 11:45 AM. All Are Welcome. Face coverings and social distancing will be required. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Julia’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, stjude.org/memorial. www.burnsfuneralhomes.com
