Obituary of Karen G. Lombardo

Karen Gar Nagy Lombardo [Lee],  54, of Cambridge, passed away peacefully in the Sawtell Hospice House in Reading, on June 11, 2021. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, June 15, at the John C. Burns & Sons Funeral Home, 305 Broadway, Cambridge from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Karen was born in Cambridge to Yee Hee Lee and Pui King Ma on April 27, 1967. She went to Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School 1981 - 1985. She went on to earn a degree in Early Childhood Education from Boston College Class of 1989. She worked in numerous early education center and loved teaching at Little Sprouts. She enjoyed reading and traveling.

Karen was the beloved wife of late husband Wayne Lombardo and the sister of the late David Lee.  Karen is survived by her stepmother Yat Lee, sister Janet Lee, grandmother Julie Lee, many uncles, aunts, cousins and grandchildren, Hailey and Heather Lombardo. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to NoKidHungry.org.
