I was so saddened to hear of Judy's passing. I only found out today as I was trying to get her contact information to invite her to my wedding this summer. I only worked with Judy at the Ditson School for two and a half years, but in that time she served as an unofficial mentor to me as I began my career as a music teacher. She was always someone that I could go to for advice and someone that I truly missed seeing every day when I moved on to a position in another school district. I will always remember the time we spent together as very happy memories where we shared some great stories and had some great laughs. Rest In Peace Judy.

I was so sorry to hear about Judy’s passing. She was a wonderful person, mother, and teacher. I first met her when she volunteered at the Ditson library for me and when she eventually started teaching. She is in my thoughts and prayers.

i was so sorry to hear of the passing of Judy. Before she was assigned to the Ditson she spent s few years working at the Parker. As a principal I appreciated her iniative in organizing the art supply area which she took on with enthusiasm and a lot of hard work. Her ready smile and positive attitude made working with her a pleasure. My sincere sympathy.

Ken & I were so saddened by the news of Judy’s passing. She was a vibrant bright light and will always be remembered for her gift of gab! We received a variety of samples of her artful handiwork and will have them now as treasured remembrances. Our hearts go out to Jim and the entire family.

My deepest sympathy to Jim and Greg,
I had the pleasure of working with Judy for many years. As a fellow art teacher I always looked forward to seeing Judy during our department meetings. Her ease, humor, and talents were a gift that she shared with everyone. I have missed her since her retirement. She will be forever in my heart.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of our beloved art teacher, Judy. Judy always had a story to share and was a very talented art teacher as well as a very talented artist herself. She has been missed since she left the Ditson. May your memories comfort you always.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Judy. I had the pleasure of going to the same school and living in the same neighborhood as Judy. She was a born teacher. My fondest memories of playing school at Judy’s house. She had a school sized chalkboard in her playroom! She was also great at organizing May processions in her backyard and letting everyone take turns crowning the Blessed Mother! Such a lovely person.

I am so saddened to hear of the passing of my friend, Judy. We came together as a result of the BMHS musicals of which her son Greg was a talented cast member. Judy, as a gifted, creative artist, contributed to every aspect of scenic design and set decoration. As director, I could not have asked for a more enthusiastic, supportive collaborator. She advised the costume crew and thoroughly enjoyed the comraderie of the musical family. We became friends as well as colleagues and I found her positive support invaluable in the stress of production. We shared a love of theater and enjoyed our Sunday matinees at Merrimac Repertory Theater. I am so grateful that she was a part of my life. She will always hold a special place in my memory. My condolences and love go out to Greg, Jim,, and her entire family.

To Jim and Greg
Words can’t express the sadness I feel over the loss of my dear friend. I hold in my heart over 30 years of memories of friendship and love. I will forever be grateful for having met this lovely lady one day standing at a tree outside the Ditson School waiting for our kids to emerge. We became part of each other’s lives from that day on and, for that, I was truly blessed. My deepest condolences go to both of you. I am so very sorry for your loss of this wonderful woman.
Love, Jody
