Jean D. Frangos, 85, of Cambridge, June 19, 2022.

Wife of the late George Frangos. Devoted mother to John Frangos and wife Ginny; Daniel Frangos and wife Anne; late Christopher Frangos and partner Christine Marifiote; late George Frangos; late Nicolas Frangos. Cherished Nana to Danielle Bansch and husband Brendan; Derek Frangos and wife Kayla; Jacqueline Frangos. Dear sister to Claire McCabe and husband Thomas; Great-Nana to Rosalie and Ethan Bansch, Damien, Ruby, and Miley. Best friend and sister-in-law to late Carol Schmiz, late Stella Bonitatibus, and Doris Ready. Pre-deceased by parents Charles and Rose Schmiz; siblings Margaret Leon, Charles Schmiz, Paul Schmiz, Dennis Schmiz, Admired co-worker with Windsor St. Clinic, Badger/Raytheon of Kendall Sq. Aunty Jeannie was loved by many nieces and nephews. Beloved friend of Cambridge, St Mary's School and Church, Newtowne Ct, Willow St. Apts., and Inman Sq. Apts. Visiting hours will be held in the Burns Funeral Home, 305 Broadway, Cambridge, Monday, June 27, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral Service in the Funeral Home, Tuesday at 9:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge.
