Obituary of Virginia C. Keon

Virginia “Gina” C. Keon (Marchese), 96, of Billerica, February 23, 2023  passed peacefully after a long illness. Born in Woburn, MA, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Francesca (Blanda) Marchese.  She was the last surviving sibling of 11 children.  She is predeceased by her husband Gerald T. Keon and her granddaughter Jessica Fraumeni.  She is survived by her four children, Alfred Fraumeni, Jr., and his wife, Judith of Lynnfield, MA; David Fraumeni and his wife, Jeanne of Auburn, WA; Theresa Hamelin and her husband David, of Wakefield, MA and Rosemarie Fraumeni of Billerica, MA.  She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. 

Visiting hours will be held at Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Rd., (Rt. 3A), Billerica on Friday, March 3^rd from 4:00 pm- 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass of Christian burial in St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish at St. Theresa’s Church, 466 Boston Road, Billerica, Saturday, March 4th at 10:00am. Relatives and friends invited. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Stroke Association or the Jessica Louise Fraumeni Scholarship Fund at Wakefield Cooperative Bank in Wakefield, MA.
