Obituary of John M. Brosnahan

John M. Brosnahan, age 54, died, Tuesday May 2, 2023, at the Lahey Hospital in Burlington. He was the beloved husband of Brenda (Clement) Brosnahan. He was born in Lowell, the son of the late William and Joyce (Ringland) Brosnahan.  Loving stepfather of Nicole and Jonathan Barry, Kaleigh Silva and Gilberto Hgveroa, Krystal Silva and Peter Santos and Joseph Silva. Step grandfather of Gilberto Fiqueroa, Anthony Figueroa, Brooke Barry, Sadie Barry, Savannah Spaulding and Rory Santos. Devoted brother of Bill Brosnahan, Laura Richardson, Helen Miles and her husband, Bill. He is also survived by his best friend, Michael Rosa and his wife, Claire.  His Uncle George Ringland, Dennis Ringland and his wife, Jacqueline Lipton, Karen (Ringland) and her husband, Bob Spencer, He is also survived by many nephews, cousins and extended family. Funeral from the Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Rd., (Rt. 3A), Billerica, Monday, May 8, at 9:00 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish in St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica, at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours in the Burns Funeral Home, Sunday, May 7, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. John worked in the Department of Army, prior to retiring from the Federal Medical Center in Devens as a prison guard. He loved to fish, riding his motorcycle and streaming Dungeons and Dragons.
