I can’t say I ever met Ed in person but it felt like I did. I watched some of his shows especially after covid hit. We shared a lot of the same political view points. It was at a time in my life where I felt somewhat alone and had no one to talk to. Ed and Vicki were a breath of fresh air. Reminded my a lot of talking to my late grandmother who unfortunately passed back in late 2019. She was a wise lady and knew so much about what she as happening in this world. Ed was a true fighter and will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace and my deepest condolences to all his friends and family.

Prayers for the family & for the ones he loves...especially Lena Vicktorya. Ed is free now, from all illnesses. It's the family who is in sorrow & sadness. This candle is lit for them. Ed is lighting it with me. For those he love....Risa

Love prevails.
(Just a bit tough on our mere emotional body in the meanwhiles, and not everyone can understand how difficult is this loss, so many ways, and apparently complex. Yet it is the love that transcends and prevails over any petty or temporary issues.

As I said, amazing! You knew him best and it's apparent in your loving words. From the first time we talked, I knew you were the one for Ed. Never a doubt that you were the force that finally healed his heart. I know exactly why he loved you so much....you never tried to change him...you accepted him as a man...you didn't care that he was a club President....you didn't need to ride his coattails....you didn't need him to "take care" of you because you guys took care of EACH OTHER.......for better or worse.... unfortunately you now know the rest....but 8years ago, when he called asked if I'd talk to this amazing woman that he'd met, when you were still in New Zealand, I knew. He asked me to just talk a little bit and get a "feeling" about whether or not he should encourage you to come here. I knew right then. I knew he was already loving you from here and my heart was so happy for you both....I could hear the excitement in his voice when we talked about you possibly coming to the US.....for the first time in a very long time, there was HOPE in his voice as well... Hope was something he had been missing after the MS diagnosis.......but his head was always clear....the decisions he made were always well thought out and methodical, including the decision to make a life with YOU...the difference in that decision was that he allowed his heart to have a voice in making it as well....of all the things about Eddie that will forever be in MY heart and that I will absolutely cherish forever, was the beautiful smile that took over those brown eyes when he talked about you, Vic. I can never be sorry enough for your loss, for all of us, but I am so grateful that he found you. Please always keep him close and safe in your heart and never doubt that you have many friends here on this side of the pond. I love you my friend.
