I didn’t know Ian personally but actually had the pleasure of connecting with him very recently as my new account manger. He was so thorough, professional and went the extra mile to assist my husband and I in finding new and less expensive auto insurance. These days it means a lot. He also happened to be born in the city I reside (Lynn) and raised in the same town I was (Billerica). He was a pleasure to speak with and I will always be grateful for his help and empathetic ear. My condolences to his family.
