Obituary of Gary C. Waters

Gary C. Waters, of Billerica, MA, passed away in his home on Friday, August 23, 2024, at the age of 68. Gary was a hard worker throughout his life and was considered a jack of all trades – he could fix anything. For many years, he enjoyed building race cars and would spend his weekends at the track with family and friends. He was a talented artist and enjoyed painting in his free time. If you knew him, you know he was a great storyteller, and his sound effects would bring laughter to everyone in the room. Gary was the youngest son of the late Thomas F. and Grace L. Waters of Billerica, MA. He is the former husband of Doreen Dixon of Lowell, MA, and leaves behind his daughter, Jill Waters of Tewksbury, MA, his brother, Gene Waters of Fremont, NH, his nephews, Paul Waters, Matthew Waters, and many nieces and nephews. Gary made many friends into family through the years and will be dearly missed by Chelsea and Andy Espinola, Sheila Napolitano, and Maddox Eaton. He is also the brother of the late Beverly Deignan of E. Falmouth, MA, Thomas Waters of Danville, NH, and Paul Waters of Billerica, MA. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
