I enjoyed many vacations with Uncle Dave, including Aunt Diantha and family, my mother, Dave's late sister, Joy and my dad, Ed.
When Chris and David were about 5 and 4 and I was about 9, we rented a simple home right on the beach in South Carolina with Dave and Diantha, Dave's parents, Art and Mabel, my parents and my sisters, Susan and Carol. We also enjoyed many vacas at the cabin on the Lake.
Uncle Dave was very gracious to me as I grew up, and of course fun and had a great sense of humor. I had the privilege of visiting with him several times over the past few years in MA. I will miss him very much, but I believe I will be with him again in heaven.
