Obituary of Loretta V. Milot

Loretta V. (Crupi) Fedion Milot, 86, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Loretta was born in Stoneham, MA on April 23, 1938. The youngest daughter of the late Anthony and Angelina (Pizzuto) Crupi. She attended St. Patrick’s Catholic School and graduated from Stoneham High School, Class of 1955.

In her younger years, Loretta worked at Barbos Furniture in Stoneham and told us humorous stories about her lively time on the switchboard. As the years went by, she worked at several electronic companies and made many, many lifelong friends. Before her retirement, Loretta worked as a Home Health Aid taking care of the elderly. She was a longtime Billerica resident of 63 years.

Loretta enjoyed vacationing, the Casinos, Spa and shopping in Cancun, with her husband Jerry. Traveling to Italy to visit her parent’s origins was the trip of a lifetime! Shopping was her passion, thrifting with her dear friend Ginny. It was always an adventure, finding something special for herself or her loved ones. Especially at St. Anne’s Thrift Shop where she had many friends.

Christmas Eve at Nana Loretta’s was a family tradition we all looked forward to and will miss dearly. It brought all of her family together, sharing food, laughter and love.

Loretta was the beloved wife of Gerald N. Milot. She was the loving mother of Richard Fedion and his wife Robin of Concord, NH, Theresa (Fedion) Weitz and her husband Robert of Nashua, NH, Lisa (Fedion) DeMarco and her partner Robert Keefe of Billerica, MA; and Jerry’s children, Tamara (Milot) Fitzgerald and her husband Scott of Sebago, ME, Cheryle (Milot) Becker and her husband Ralph of Hanson, MA, Danielle (Milot) Davis and her husband Rick of Gilead, ME, Gerald D. Milot and his wife Dianna of Gilead, ME and the late Laura (Milot) Howard.

Loretta was the sister of Robert Crupi of Wakefield, MA, Beatrice (Crupi) Maglione of Stoneham, MA, Mary (Crupi) Francouer of Peabody, MA, the late Aldo Crupi, Rosalie (Crupi) Allen, Benedict, Joseph and Anthony Crupi, Jr.

She is also survived by her grandchildren: Aubrey (Weitz) Lundgren and her husband David, Brian Richard Fedion, Angela Fedion, Jacey Fedion, Kerry-Lee Fedion Collins and her husband Lucas, Michael Jones and his wife Angie, Amanda DeMarco and Nichole DeMarco and her great-grandchildren: Jonathan, Aidan, Zachary, Stella, James and Ronan.

Loretta was predeceased by the father of her children, Richard R. Fedion, her granddaughter Lisa Michelle Weitz and her great grandson Devin Robert Lundgren.
