Norman L. O'Loughlin, age 85, died Sunday, September 19, 2010 at Saints Medical Center in Lowell. He was the beloved husband of the late Lillian M. (Kemp) O'Loughlin. Born in Cambridge, June 30, 1925, he was the son of the late John and Agnes O'Loughlin. Mr. O'Loughlin, a WWII Navy Veteran, worked for the Boston Gas Company in Cambridge for 23 years as a gas fitter prior to working for the Billerica School Department as a custodian. A resident of Billerica for 43 years, he was a member of the Billerica Elks, # 2071. He is survived by his four sons, Leonard P. O'Loughlin of Haverhill, Kevin M. O'Loughlin of Nashua, NH, Mark S. O'Loughlin of Woburn, and Wayne E. O'Loughlin of Billerica, his three daughters, Susan Ann Barrasso of Nashua, NH, Katherine T. McLeod of Tyngsboro, and Gail F. Fraser of Nashua, NH. Brother of Bernard O'Loughlin of Natick and Bernadette McCarthy of Arlington. Also survived by 18 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Norman L. O'Loughlin and Timothy P. O'Loughlin.
