Michael J. Mirisola, Jr., age 69, died Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Lahey Clinic in Burlington. He was the beloved husband of Paula M. (Auclair) Mirisola. Born in Boston, January 29, 1940, he was the son of the late Michael and Santa (Parisi) Mirisola. He was employed by the Town of Arlington as a Heavy Equipment Operator for the Department of Public Works for over 30 years. Michael, an avid bass fisherman, belonged to the Wildside Bass Fishing Club and the Mass Bass Federation Club. He was a resident of Billerica for 40 years. Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Kimberly (Dimare) Cassidy and her husband, Sean, of Billerica, Melissa (Dimare) Winitzer and her husband, Peter, of Billerica, James Dimare and his wife, Shaela, of Epsom, NH, and Michael and Robert Mirisola, both of Maine, his sister, Rose Keough of Somerville, his 9 loving grandchildren, Ryan and Christina Cassidy, Ashlyn, Madison, Keegan, and Landan Dimare and Adam, Ava, and Eric Winitzer, several nieces and nephews, and his best friend, Snickers. He was also the father of the late Paul Mirisola.
