Rita C. Duggan � Age 95, wife of the late Eugene L. Duggan Sr., died Tuesday at the Palm Manor Nursing Home in Chelmsford. She was born in Allston, July 13, 1915, the daughter of the late Bernard and Elizabeth (Connell) Southwell Sr. and lived in Somerville and Arlington before moving to Billerica 21 years ago. Mrs. Duggan was employed at Raytheon in Waltham for over 20 years prior to her retirement. She is survived by her sons, Eugene Duggan Jr. and his wife Carol and Bernie Duggan of Billerica; her daughters, Betty Manning, Rita Walsh, and Nancy Walsh and her husband Robert, all of Billerica. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Mrs. Duggan was the mother-in-law of the late Mary Duggan, Thomas Manning, and Thomas Walsh.
