Obituary of Lois E. Randall

Lois E. (Hazen) Randall, age 84, died Sunday, January 30, 2011 at the Life Care Center of Merrimack Valley in Billerica. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles D. Randall. She was born in Boston, February 20, 1926, the daughter of the late Lloyd and Elizabeth (Fisher) Hazen. She met her husband, the love of her life, former Marine, Charles D. Randall. Lois worked for John Hancock in Boston for 20 years in Securities, Stocks, and Bonds. After the death of her husband, she lived in Palm Harbor and Naples, Florida, where she attended the Naples United Methodist Church. She relocated to Billerica to live with her daughter. Lois loved adventures and traveling, visiting many cities, islands, and countries, including Las Vegas, the Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Hawaii, Bermuda, Majorca, Scotland, and England. One of her favorite trips was a visit to the USS Arizona Memorial. Most of all, Lois loved her family, especially her daughter, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She is survived by her loving daughter, Linda Markunas of Billerica, with whom she lived; her grandchildren, Brad Markunas and his wife Gina of Tyngsboro, Scott Markunas and his wife Mioleth of Wrentham; her great grandchildren, Christopher Markunas of Nashua, NH, and Conner and Peyton Markunas of Wrentham; her great-great granddaughter, Nathalia Perez of Wrentham; her sister, Millie Hazen of Palm Harbor, FL; her nieces, Tracy Doshi and her husband Samir of Medford, NJ and Allison DiGrande and her husband Guy of Wilbraham, and her nephew, Russell Weaver of Holiday, FL.
