James R. Milliken, age 69, died Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington. He was the beloved husband of Judith A. (Ingersoll) Milliken. Born in Somerville, March 25, 1942, he was the son of the late Russell and Ruth (Risser) Milliken. James served with the Air Force during Vietnam. He was employed with Fishery Product International in Danvers as a production supervisor, retiring in 2005 after 30 years. James enjoyed camping, fishing, and traveling. He also was an avid Patriots fan and enjoyed listening to country music. Besides his wife, he survived by his two sons, Roger Milliken and his wife Kim of Epping, NH and Wayne Milliken of Riverside, RI and his fiancee Cecilia Nunes, his daughter, Tracey Milliken of Billerica and her fiancé Doug Pratt, his brother, Jack Milliken of Maine, his two sisters, Eileen Sample of Billerica and Barbara Melanson of Reading, his six loving grandchildren, Madison, Devonn, Dyllon, Elizabeth, Kathryn, and Grant. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and his beloved dogs, Casey and Echo.
