Beverly A. Cameron, age 75, of Easthampton, died Saturday, January 14, 2012 in her home. She was born in Arlington, the daughter of Robert V. and Barbara Ryder Martin. She graduated from Billerica High School and was employed by the Employer Group Insurance Co. of Boston, McCallum Department Store in Northampton, and Easthampton Public Schools. Beverly was a Volunteer at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton. She attended Providence United Methodist Church, the Valley Church of Christ, and West Springfield Church of Christ. She was married June 15, 1957 to Lester M. Cameron at the First Congregational Church in Billerica. Besides her husband, she is survived by her two sons, Douglas Cameron and wife Cynthia of Easthampton and Donald Cameron of Austin, TX, four grandchildren, Jeremy, Matthew, Tyler, and Julia Cameron, and a sister-in-law, Geraldine Healy of Tewksbury. She was predeceased by two brothers, Robert V. Jr and Edward F. Martin. Visiting hours will be at the Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Road, Billerica, on Saturday, January 21, from 9:30-11:00 a.m. with services and burial to immediately follow.
