Loving and devoted grandmother of Ryan McCusker of Belmont. Loving sister of Lillian Denkewicz, Elle Mangiacotti, Tom Peters, all of Cambridge, Jane Kurina and her husband Miles of Northboro, Grace O'Keefe of Concord, NH, and the late Evelyn Mahoney, John Peters, and her twin sister Rita Parila. Sister-in-law of Linda Peters of Concord. Etta was a very special person who touched the heart of everyone she met. A very hard worker for numerous years at Youville Hospital. She enjoyed playing cards with her sisters and Uncle Paul, line dancing right until a few months ago, and spending time with her family. Prayer service will be held at the John C. Burns & Sons Funeral Home, 305 Broadway, Cambridge, on Friday October 12 from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Etta's name to VNA Care Network and Hospice, 175 Highland Avenue, Needham, MA 02494.
