Beloved brother of William Devereaux, Edward "Butch" Devereaux, Helen Pike, Edna Devereaux-Murray, and the late Joan Lynch. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held in the John C. Burns & Sons Funeral Home, 305 Broadway, Cambridge, Thursday, January 3, at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours, Wednesday, January 2 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Robert's name to the New England Center for Homeless Veterans, 17 Court Street, Boston, MA 02108. U.S. Navy Veteran of Vietnam War. Interment will be private.
