Carl E. Ouellette, Sr., age 74, died Friday, June 20, 2014 at Willow Manor Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. He was the beloved husband of Linda (Lopardi) Ouellette. He was born in Billerica, September 23, 1939, the son of the late Fred and Fanny (Hedlund) Ouellette. Carl worked for many printing companies including Billerica Publishing Company. He was a charter member of the Billerica Elks # 2071. Besides his wife he is survived by his children, Carl Ouellette, Jr. of Billerica, Donna Ouellette of Billerica, Mark Ouellette of Allenstown, NH, and Robert Ouellette of NH, his step-son, Earl Wilcher of Lowell, his sister, Linda Harding of North Chelmsford and his brother, Fred Ouellette, of Anderson, SC. He also leaves his 6 loving grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
