Ugo Anthony Lawrence Passarelli, age 53, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 10, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Carol A. (Mason) Passarelli. Born in Brooklyn, New York, May 30, 1961, he was the son of Joan Passarelli and the late Ugo Passarelli. Ugo was the CFO at Heilind Electronics in Wilmington, MA for 16 years. He was a dedicated employee, coworker and friend. He also had many interests including art, photography, and horses. He enjoyed traveling with his family and had a very adventurous spirit. He was a devoted husband and father and was most proud of his children. In addition to his wife and mother, Ugo is survived by his loving children, Jessica, Nicholas, Jonathan, and Benjamin Passarelli. He was also the much loved brother of Christine Passarelli, Karen Zeltzer, William Passarelli, Joel Rittner and Marc Rittner and a nephew, cousin, uncle and friend to many more. He was also the loving son of his late fathers, Ugo Passarelli and Jerry Rittner.
