"Billy" William J. Regan, age 31, died after a courageous battle with leukemia, Friday, August 15, 2014, at his home in Billerica surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved son of Marie A. (Caterino) Wright and the step-son of the late Charles Wright. He was born in Waltham, February 17, 1983. He graduated from Shawsheen Regional Technical School, Class of 2001. After graduation and prior to his illness, he worked as a technician in the HVAC field. Besides his mother, he is survived by his sisters, Dawn-Marie Edwards and her husband,Stephen, of Auburn, NH, Melissa Rodrigues and her husband, Fernando, of Lowell, his brother, Michael Bertrand of Billerica and his loving step brothers and sisters. He also leaves his adoring nieces and nephews, Taylor Rodrigues, Renee Roberts, Ariana Rodrigues, Christopher Edwards, Jonathan Edwards, Cristiano Rodrigues, and his future niece, Briella Rodrigues. Other survivors include his many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was also the brother of the late Kerri Regan.
