In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jack's name to the National Pancreas Fund (pancreasfoundation.org) to help find a cure for pancreatic cancer or to the Shriner's Hospital for Children (Shrinershospitalsforchildren.org). Also, donations may be made to Littleton Life Care Center of Nashoba Valley, 191 Foster St., Littleton, MA 01460 or Nashoba Nursing Association.
