Rose (Farulla) Ciccone, age 87, died Monday, July 25, 2016 at D’Youville Center in Lowell. She was born in Boston, May 10, 1929, the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Scarpulla) Farulla. She was the beloved wife of almost 66 years of Frank A. Ciccone. Together they raised five children while remaining devoted and loving to each other; Annmarie Conley and her husband, Martin, Alexander J. Ciccone and his wife, Linda, Frank J. Ciccone and his wife, Paula, Joseph Ciccone and his wife, Kimberly, and John R. Ciccone and his wife, Karen. Rose also leaves behind seven grandchildren: Charlyne Devens and her husband, Michael, Frank A. Ciccone, II and his wife, Elsa, Alexander J. Ciccone and his wife, Daniella, Anthony J. Ciccone, Joseph D. Ciccone, Samuel Conley, and Margaret Tully and her husband, Sean. Rose also leaves her seven great grandchildren, six nieces and one nephew. In addition to her family, Rose’s love was also shared by her extended family members and friends. As a young mother Rose worked as a switchboard operator for the telephone company. Later she was a Telecommunications Consultant, all the while fulfilling her role as a wonderful wife and mother. Her devoted husband and children invite you to celebrate her amazing life.
