Obituary of Andree G. Saintus
Andree Germain Saintus was born on September 4, 1938 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti to Germisna Saintus. She was the oldest of eight children, five boys and three girls. She began working as an assistant to her sister Jeanne in her pharmacy and was very successful. In 2000, shortly after the passing of her sister Jeanne, she decided to migrate to the United States to live with her daughter Yolette and granddaughter Cassandra. She was able to gain her American citizenship after five years of living in the United States. In her spare time, she enjoyed praying, listening to Haitian Radio, watching the religious channel on television, following the world news through CNN, and taking care of her three great grandchildren Ethan, Caily, and Matthew. She was one of the kindest, loving, unselfish, and warm-hearted individuals that you could ever meet. She was literally an angel walking on Earth and she will be greatly missed by all.
She is survived by her sister Simone, her brothers Yvon and Hermogene, her daughters Yolette and Kensia, her grandchildren Cassandra, Esperancia, Richard, Jonathan, and Sebastien, her great grandchildren Ethan, Caily, Matthew, and Saika, along with nieces, nephews, and other friends and family.
