Ernest G. Morel, age 54, died Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at his home in Billerica. He was born, in Lowell, January 1, 1963 the son of Eddie E. Morel of North Billerica and the late Ida M. (Demers) Morel. He was a graduate of Shawsheen Valley Technical High School, class of 1981, entering the U.S. Navy in 1982. Ernie worked as a truck driver, with his last employment for V-J Enterprises/ REAS Transportation in Billerica. Besides his father, he is survived by his two brothers, Steven Morel and his wife, Paula of Sandown, NH and Richard Morel and his wife, Mary, of Worcester and his sister, Irene LaPlante of Billerica and her husband, the late Joseph R.
