Obituary of Paul P. Gozzo

LOWELL- Paul Gozzo, 42, was called to be with the Lord January 11th, 2018. He passed peacefully in his sleep. Paul was born October 27th, 1975 and was one of four beautiful children born to Paul S. and Scarlett M. Gozzo of Billerica. Paul resided in Lowell for many years. He grew up in Billerica and was a 1993 graduate of Shawsheen Tech from the metal fabrication program. He loved to work with his hands, and was very talented at making his ideas turn into works of art. Paul was a devoted father, son, fiancé, brother, uncle, and grandson. He was a family man who always kept his family in his heart which always kept a warm smile on his face. His proudest accomplishment was being a father to his two sons; they were the love of his life. Paul was a strong and loving man with many special gifts. His passing is a huge loss to all who knew and loved him. He will be remembered and lovingly missed by not only his parents, but also his fiancée, Lisa Boisvert; his two sons, Christian and Sebastian; step sons, Michael and Hunter Jones; his sister, Tracy Atencio of Apex,NC, and her husband, Steve, and his three nephews, Steve Jr., Anthony, and Joseph; his younger sister, Nicole Gozzo of Canton, her significant other, Rolando, and their daughter Amya; and his brother, Anthony of Tewksbury, and his wife, Melissa, and their newly adopted daughter, Noelle. Paul will be forever remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Paul’s strength and determination at being a loving family man were an inspiration to us all. He has been called by the Lord too soon, but is greeted with open arms by his late grandparents, Paul E. Gozzo and Ann M. Gozzo, along with his loving grandmother, “Oma”. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Paul’s name be sent to The Stone Family Adoption Assistance Fund, c/o Stone & Company, LLC, 57 Bedford Street, Suite 225, Lexington, MA 02420. Paul was very proud of his brother’s adoption. A donation made in his memory would forever grant those who adopt the gift of children.
