Ullhas Nayak, 77, longtime resident of Everett, MA died peacefully at the Mass General Hospital on September 12, 2018. He was born in Karwar, Karnataka, India on August 15, 1941, the eldest son of the late Raghvendra and Sushila Nayak and brother of the late Prakash Nayak. Ullhas moved to the Boston area as a young man where after he obtained his Doctorate Degree and devoted 22 years at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Medical Scientist. Ullhas enjoyed dancing, shopping and traveling with countless friends. He also loved spending time with his family abroad as well as his American family. Ullhas is survived by his sister in-law Padmaja Nayak, his nephew Suraj Nayak and his wife Sanhita, their two sons Sahil and Samar, his nephew Pankaj Nayak and his wife Priya and their son Swaraj, his American Family, Lorraine Souza, Laurie Souza and her fiancé Greg Cratty, Paula Byers and her husband Eric, their daughters Emily, Sarah and Jillian who lovingly called him Cha Cha.
