Chris, and the Pasciuto Family.
I am so sorry for your loss. Sal was a legend in the baking industry and taught me lessons about baking, business and life in general that I have tried to carry with me over the past 30 years.
I hear him say "don't be a butcher" every time I slice a loaf of bread. I thank him for everything he did for me.
I am sure he is now taking off his apron, folding it neatly and enjoying a delicious Italian dinner and fine glass of wine (or two).
I hope knowing you are in our thoughts and prayers will provide you and your family some comfort.

I wanted to give my condolences to everyone in the Pasciuto family. Sal was a great man and will be missed by all who knew him. It is my prayer that God will grant everyone his peace and love during this time of loss.
I considered Sal a second father, mentor and friend. He was a giant in the industry and his memory will live on in all of us.

My uncle Sal was a treasure. He leaves behind many good memories. The kind that teach you family values. The kind you will always be reminded of as we make our way through life. I, we are all blessed to have had the chance to know this kind of love and deep connection.
He presence will always be felt.
