My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the Belanger family. It is incomprehensible that such a talented, kind man has left us at such a young
age. The amount of time that I knew Chuck was short, but the knowledge that I gained during that short time, cannot be measured. He was a
fantastic boss, mentor and friend - Most
importantly, he was a wonderful human being that I will sincerely miss.
