Obituary of Charles E. Belanger

Charles E. (Chuck) Belanger Jr., age 58, of Billerica, died Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Chuck was the beloved husband of Virginia (Gini Henning) Belanger, to whom he was married for 37 years. He was the son of Marion E. Belanger of Woburn and the late C. Edward Belanger Sr. He was raised in Billerica and graduated from local schools. He became a software developer and was currently the CEO of CEPA Technologies, Inc. Chuck enjoyed watching sports, playing golf, caring for his lawn, woodworking, and traveling to warm places. But mostly, he was about family and the joy of simply being together. He was always very involved in his children's activities and throughout their lives had been known as "coach, teacher, mentor, sound guy, super Dad, counselor, and friend." Besides his wife, he will be terribly missed by his son, Chad, and his wife, Jessica, of Derry, NH, and his daughters, Andria F. of Medford and Ashleigh G. of Billerica, and his cherished granddaughter, Olivia, of Derry, NH. He also leaves his in-laws, Audrey and William Henning of Florida, his sisters and brother, Patricia and Rob McNaughton and Jerry and Peggy Belanger, all of Woburn, and Kathleen Eastman of Billerica. He also leaves behind Mike and Deb Henning of Georgia, Bob and Derinda Henning of Florida, and Larry and Debbie Henning of North Carolina, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and his Uncle Gerry and Aunt Mimi of Hudson, NH. Finally, he leaves some very dear friends, Larry and Cathy Marshall of Billerica, as well as Tommy Allard of Billerica and Brad Bremhorst of Medford.
